Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen werden ausgestellt im Auftrag der Tholian Network GmbH (bedeutend diese
selbst oder eine ihrer Subunternehmen), was bedeutet wenn wir die Begrifflichkeiten "Tholian Network", "Wir",
"Uns", oder "Unser" in diesem Dokument verwenden, beziehen wir uns auf die Abteilung oder Subunternehmen der

Hiermit wird die Erlaubnis erteilt, eine temporäre Download-Kopie der Materialien auf der Website des Tholian Networks
zu erstellen, unter der Bedingung dass diese nur für persönliche und nicht kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet wird.

Our servers are located in Reykjavik, Iceland (Europe) and Frankfurt, Germany (Europe). Tholian Network has set up systems and
processes to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal data. It is stored in encrypted form, which means that
our hosting provider (to the best of our knowledge) does not have access to your personal data.
Transfering of Personal Pata
As a global company, we have international Websites and users all over the world. When you give us your Personal Data, that data may
be used, processed or stored anywhere in the world, including countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be
processed by staff operation outside the EEA, who work for us or one of our suppliers. Tholian Network places substantial importance
